I’m in the process of revising this blog. To say the least, I’ve been neglecting it. Not that anyone’s noticed.

One feature I’d like to add is “The School of Hard Knocks.” This will include articles consisting of lessons from life.
They (whoever they might be) say that we learn more from our failures than our successes. I don’t think I’ve had any abject failures. Let’s just say things don’t always go according to plan or expectations.
Sometimes things go amiss due to our innocence: we’re naive, too honest, too trusting. Other times, sadly, we fail due to what might be called cracks in our virtue: we’re arrogant, ambitious, greedy.
Whatever the reason, we’re run afoul of life and receive some “hard knocks” as a consequence. But to learn from these mistakes, we need to think about them, analyze them. For others to learn from them, we need to record and publish them. That’s what I plan to do on this blog.
Happy reading!
