University of Toronto - wrote a white paper about MOO online communities.

Provided technical support of PCs and networks, and provided computer mentoring for home users.

Planned, presented for approval, established, and managed a deployment/engineering support group in Singapore that included five engineers, two project managers, a logistics manager, and an admin assistant/webmaster.

Established a US$ 4 million circuit pack exchange program, a US$ 4 million test equipment deployment facility, and a lab for demonstrations and troubleshooting.

My group provided network planning and other services for Singapore Telecom, TAC (Thailand), APCN, Asia Global Crossing, China Power & Light, and Hutchison Telecom (Hong Kong).

Tested add/drop multiplexer.

Lead Engineer/Project Manager for ADM16/1 multiplexer deployments in 14 US cities.

• Managed 24 test engineers.
• Handled logistics including renting and deploying test equipment, and deploying replacement packs in case of failures.
• Acted as technical support to my deployed engineers.
